A handsome teacup with an expressive drip rim of dark blue, black and white. The black glaze on the cups lower half has a multitude of subtle speckles, almost like an oil spot glaze. Very bold and expressive.
The cup’s exterior wall has a series of subtle ridges which are almost undetectable to the eye, but noticeable in the hand. These ridges provide some extra grip and make the cup easy to hold. It is hefty, durable, thick walled and will hold heat well.
