Brewing Instructions:

Use 1 level standard coffee measure of coffee (2 tablespoons) for every 6 ounces of water used in the brewing process.

Perfect after-dinner coffee, our blend that uses 50% French Roast has been with us from Day One. So many coffee enthusiasts have drunk this coffee over the years that it is likely #1 in our Hall of Fame. Mostly preferred by our clientele of European descent, this blend is perfect for drinking straight or as the coffee portion of a cafe au lait, Viennese coffee, “Grandmother’s Hot Chocolate” (equal parts black coffee and hot chocolate ), or other fanciful coffee combination.

Our coffee grinds:

Whole Bean – not ground
Ground Medium – for french-press or percolator
Ground Fine –  for coffeemakers that use paper filters and many that use permanent filters.
Ground Espresso – for espresso machines and stovetop espresso pots.
Ground Custom – I have a custom grind on file with Tea Trekker
