When a coffee bush produces a single round seed in each cherry then that single bean tends to have a very concentrated flavor. Hard to find in a premium sorting, this Tanzanian coffee is rich and toasty. There is a nutty-ness in this bean that is unique to the Tanzania terroir – spicy, herbaceous, and assertive. Tanzania peaberry generally does not blend well, nor accepts dairy or sweeteners. Drink it straight-up, like a good whiskey – only brewed very hot!
