Brewing Instructions:

Use 1 level standard coffee measure of coffee (2 tablespoons) for every 6 ounces of water used in the brewing process.

Double-picked Golden Mandheling Speaking of candidates for the ultimate full-bodied coffee cannot be done without reference to wonderful Sumatra coffee. While often used in blends for this wonderful attribute, or darkly-roasted to play its smoothness against the caramel notes of a dark roast style, ours is neither. Drunk simply and on-its-own, our Sumatra is a treat that requires paying attention. This coffee is so good that you need to stop what you are doing and pay attention! Of course it is also good for those who prefer smooth and rich – because this coffee is both. An unusual light full-city roast.

Ground Fine –  for coffeemakers that use paper filters and many that use permanent filters.
Ground Espresso – for espresso machines and stovetop espresso pots.
