Organically grown This delicious and unusual Peruvian coffee has several distinctive characteristics. First is its ‘redness’ When you drink it, the color that comes to mind is ‘red’! This is a good thing, as red is a color long associated with ripeness, full-flavor, and umami. The second aspect that you will notice is its creaminess. Few coffees today are truly creamy. Many dance around the full-body spectrum, but this Peru really brings it home in the creamy-smooth, full-body department. Combining that mouth-feel with the pungent ripe notes of its flavor then creates a coffee that really is fun to drink. Full-city roast.
