Brewing Instructions:

Use 1 level standard coffee measure of coffee (2 tablespoons) for every 6 ounces of water used in the brewing process.

Full city roast

Organically-grown / Oaxacan Altura coffee is creamy & lush, with a sweet finish. We always look forward to the next batch of Oaxacan coffee, because the style of this southwest-Mexico coastal coffee is so distinct and pure. Showing well with a light pour of dairy but not sweetener, this Oaxacan coffee is a smooth and gentle wake-up call or a surprisingly mellow afternoon pick-me-up. Roasted to a dark full-city roast.

Ground Fine –  for coffeemakers that use paper filters and many that use permanent filters.
Ground Espresso – for espresso machines and stovetop espresso pots.
