Brewing Instructions:

Use 1 level standard coffee measure of coffee (2 tablespoons) for every 6 ounces of water used in the brewing process.

American-style espresso, strong & bitter, our darkest dark roast. This is for the coffee enthusiast who really likes dark coffee. Basically on-fire when they leave the roaster, these beans have been tortured in the making, and give back flavor that is distinct, caramel-laden, and heavy on the palate. Perfect in a concoction as a flavor enhancer or strengthener, Italian Roast can also be drunk as a sipper or single slurp. Tons of charcoal nuance.

Our coffee grinds:

Whole Bean – not ground
Ground Medium – for french-press or percolator
Ground Fine –  for coffeemakers that use paper filters and many that use permanent filters.
Ground Espresso – for espresso machines and stovetop espresso pots.
Ground Custom – I have a custom grind on file with Tea Trekker
