Tea Trekker's minimum order is

We ship via UPS ground service, and because of this, we
must use a street address, as UPS cannot deliver to a Post
Office Box. Expedited service can be requested and the
merchandise will be shipped once the additional charges
are agreed upon and paid.
Hawaii, Alaska & Puerto Rico:
We ship by UPS Second-Day-Air only. For this
service, we will notify customers of the shipping costs
via email and request confirmation of this shipping charge
before an order is processed and shipped.
Canada, Mexico, Europe & Other
Countries: We're sorry but we cannot ship
outside the U.S.
NOTE: If we are given
an undeliverable address, both the original shipping
charge and the fee UPS charges to return the package to us
will be at the responsibility of the customer.

Ordering from our secure website is both safe and easy.
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American
Express and Discover cards.
We charge your credit card at the moment that we are
processing your order to be shipped that day or the next
day.

Gift Orders:
All individual gift orders must be placed as separate
orders.
If you need to have us include a gift card with a message
other than just your name, please call before placing the
order or send a separate e-mail message immediately before
placing an on-line order.

Pricing:
The price of imported food changes frequently and we do
our best to keep our website prices updated and current.
However, prices are subject to change without notice. If
the current price of an item is more than 10 % higher than
what is stated on our website, we will contact you before
shipping the product.

In Stock/ Out of
Stock Items:
We make every attempt to have the items on our website in
stock at all times.
Because we are a brick and mortar store, sometimes an item
becomes unexpectedly popular and stock runs out.
If we are unable to fill your order at all (or if the
majority of your items are out-of-stock) we will contact
you for direction.
If we are short a small portion of your order, we will
ship what we can and re-calculate the freight. We will
back-order the missing items if they are expected to
return to inventory within 1 month.
If the merchandise returns later than that 1 month period,
we will contact you for permission to ship the item before
we do so.

Gift Certificates:
Tea Trekker Gift Certificates are
available for purchase in denominations of $25.00 and
$50.00. We will mail the certificates for you with a gift
card enclosed (with no cost for mailing).
Tea Trekker Gift Certificates may be used either
in-person in our store or for telephone or on-line
purchases.

Sales Tax:
For taxable items shipped within
Massachusetts, we must collect 5% state sales tax.
Taxable items in Massachusetts are non-food items such as
pottery, teapots, tea containers, etc. Food items are
considered groceries and are not taxed.

Returns:
We want you to be happy with your order. If you have a
question about something you received or if something is
not right, please let us know within 10 days of the
receipt of your order so that we may correct the problem.
If a mistake was made when the order was placed, we will
do our utmost to accommodate your requested correction,
but cannot refund the costs of shipping your package to
you.
If the mistake was ours, we will correct the problem and
refund the shipping.

exit 20 off Interstate 91...straight down King St. (Rt.
5) towards downtown. We are on the left side (east) 1
block before Main St., across from the Hotel
Northampton, next to A2Z Science and Nature Store.
From the South...
exit 18 off Interstate 91, left onto Pleasant St. and
straight through the main intersection at which point
the road name changes to King St. We are on the right
(east) up 1 block, beyond the Calvin Theatre, just past
the A2Z Science and Nature Store.
