The Story of Tea:
A Cultural History and Drinking Guide

Ten Speed Press 2007

The Story of Tea

Nina Simonds visited us to gather information and interview us for her book review of The Story of Tea: A Cultural History and Drinking Guide, which appeared in the September 19, 2007 Dining In/Dining Out Section of the NY Times.

Nina is so enthusiastic about  our book that she decided to film a vlog entitled Unlocking the Secrets of Tea for her website Spices of Life as well. She and videographer extra-ordinaire Steve Garfield, created the vlog which you can view on her site.

We're honored that Nina took such an interest in us, our book, and the subject of tea. Thank you Nina and Steve!

Here are some of the reviews and interviews that we had about our "tea bible".
